Job Responsibilities of junior Project Assistant:
As a Junior Project Assistant, you will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Proficiently handling office procedures, including drafting and managing correspondence.
- Assisting in various administrative tasks such as maintaining account ledgers, processing bills, and managing purchasing procedures.
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, and other project-related activities.
- Supporting in the admission and conduct of examinations, ensuring smooth processes throughout.
- Utilizing computer office applications to streamline project tasks and enhance productivity.
Remuneration and Contract Details:
Remuneration: ₹30,000 per month (consolidated)
Working Days: 5 days a week (Presence may be required on weekends as per need basis)
Duration of Contract: Initially for a period of 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on evaluation of satisfactory performance.
